The Principles Behind Our Operation

BetNinja Casino is an online casino with a live casino and a sportsbook. We operate the site and the accounts that players hold on it, and our conduct rests on six principles. We list no offers and rank no products.

Principle one: adults only

Accounts are for persons aged 18 or over. We check age and identity before a first withdrawal and close accounts that belong to minors.

Principle two: one person, one account

Each person, household and payment method may hold one account. Duplicate accounts are closed, because they defeat the controls that protect players.

Principle three: pay the verified holder

Payouts go to the account holder, and to a payment method in the holder’s name. This is why we ask for documents, and why we hold a payment that comes from or goes to someone else.

Principle four: state the conditions

An offer is shown with its conditions beside it. Limits of a payment method appear in the cashier before a transaction is confirmed. A player should know the stake, the rule and the cost before acting.

Principle five: leave control with the player

Deposit limits, time-out and self-exclusion are in the account and available to everyone. Gambling carries financial risk, and no player should stake money needed for living costs.

Principle six: say only what is so

Descriptions on our pages follow the product as it stands and are corrected when it changes. If a page and the account differ, the account is right, and we ask you to tell us so that the page can be amended.

What these principles produce

AreaWhat it consists of
CasinoSlots from studios such as NetEnt and Microgaming
Live casinoRoulette, blackjack and baccarat tables from Evolution Gaming
SportsbookFootball, horse racing and other events, pre-match and in play
CashierDeposits and withdrawals in pounds sterling for UK players
Account areaVerification, history and responsible play tools

Markets

Our pages are prepared separately for each market. The text for UK readers is in English and in pounds sterling. We do not treat one market’s page as a translation of another’s, because offers, terms and payment habits differ from country to country.

Corporate details

We do not publish company registration numbers or a street address in this description, because they are set out in the official legal documents of the site and a summary here could drift from them. The privacy page covers personal data, and the terms and conditions govern the use of the platform.

How the principles show in daily operation

Where the principles come from

They are not slogans. Each answers a way in which a gambling account can go wrong: a minor playing, a stolen card being used, a bonus being misunderstood, spending growing unnoticed, a page describing something that no longer exists. We would rather prevent these in advance than explain them afterwards.

What we do not do

We do not promise winnings, and we do not describe gambling as a way to earn money. We do not hide conditions in a place a player is unlikely to look, and we do not compare ourselves with other operators on our pages.

Who we write for

The pages on this site are written for adults in the United Kingdom who are considering or already using our service. A reader in another country should open the page prepared for that country, because rules and payment methods differ. Nothing here is advice to gamble, and nothing is a promise of any result.

Accountability

We are accountable for the accuracy of what we publish and for the conduct of the accounts we run. The author page names the editorial desk responsible for the pages and describes how errors are logged and corrected.

Changes to this description

When our operation changes in a way that affects this description, we amend it and do not leave the old wording beside the new.

Complaints and feedback

A player who is dissatisfied should write to us first, so that we can look at the facts. The terms describe how a complaint is handled and where it can be taken if our answer does not settle it. Feedback on the clarity of our pages is read by the team that maintains them.
